Climb the steep steps to the wall for about 30 minutes, and walk at your own pace along the ancient stone pathway. (The Great Wall is quite steep in places, so be sure to wear appropriate footwear. If youd prefer an easier climb, take a chairlift or cable car to the top of the wall and back at additional cost.)
