Kayaking tour from split marjan peninsula ciovo or hvar islands

Meet your guide in central Split and travel to Bene Beach at the foot of Marjan Hill. Put your life jacket, listen to a comprehensive safety briefing and then paddle away from shore in your single kayak.

Keeping close to the sun-kissed shoreline, paddle around the peninsula and see the scenery change from secluded bays framed by pine forests to sweeping pebble beaches. Enjoy a stop on one of Split’s many beaches to soak up the sun and either swim or snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic – equipment is provided!

5-Hour Tour:
Leave Bene Beach behind, and paddle south to Ciovo, a small island just adrift from the Adriatic coast. The route offers dramatic views of the city of Split, framed by the Mosor mountain range. If you can tear your eyes away from the views, look out over the water and you may even see wild dolphins swimming in the sea! Stop at one of Ciovo’s bays and enjoy free time to snorkel, swim or sunbathe before returning to Split.

8-Hour Tour:
Hop aboard your ferry or catamaran at Split Port and cruise across the waters to Stari Grad, the port at Hvar Island – roughly two hours away. Then, step inside your sea kayak and paddle around the enchanting Pakleni islands, a stunning archipelago that boasts more than 20 uninhabited islets. Stop to bask on the islands’ sandy surf-lapped beaches and swim or snorkel around the rocky coasts. Before returning to Hvar, enjoy a light meal in a beachside restaurant, and then cruise back to Split.
