5 day yangshuo family adventure biking caving river cruise and cooking class

Enjoy an amazing outdoor adventure that’s perfect for the whole family on this 5-day Yangshuo tour from Guilin. Take guided bike rides through scenic mountain and rural landscapes, relax on bamboo raft ride down the Jade Dragon River and enjoy a wide range of activities including cave exploring, a Chinese cooking class and a calligraphy or water painting lesson. Stay overnight in quaint country cottages and comfortable hotels and enjoy round-trip transportation.

After pickup from Guilin and an orientation on your first day, learn about the ancient art of Chinese calligraphy or water painting before embarking on your first bike ride through Yangshuo’s amazing mountain scenery and rural farmland to Moon Hill.

On your third day, embark on a hiking adventure through limestone caves and take a swim in the natural pools. Then, at a cooking class in a lovely courtyard, learn how to make traditional Chinese dishes and feast on your delicious creations.

The next day, enjoy another bike ride along the bamboo-lined Jade Dragon River to the Ming Dynasty-era Jade Dragon Bridge, where you’ll get a glimpse into rural farm life.

Here, hop on a bamboo raft and float back to Chaolong, where you’ll witness cormorant fishing along the famous Li River. Your last day is yours to relax and explore on your own.

Round-trip transportation is included, and there will be a support vehicle to follow you on long-distance bike rides. You'll stay overnight in quaint cottages or comfortable hotels, and for meals that are not included, your guide will happily recommend places for you to eat.
